BUNDLE! December & Advent Guides
BUNDLE! December & Advent Guides
There is no better time to gather your family together than December! Tea Time Together™ includes everything you need to do art, music, and poetry appreciation over a cup of tea and treats. No prep necessary!
This is a bundle that include both the December Tea Time Guides and the Advent Tea Time Guides.
Both guides are independent art, music & poetry appreciation guides and do not overlap in any of their content, but can be used together beautifully! Ideally, the December guides could be used during the week and the Advent guides could be used on Sunday evenings after dinner.
Each week you and your family will view a fun and seasonal piece of art, read a poem and learn the the story behind a traditional Christmas carol. Plus, we've included recipes (totally optional), artist biographies, and carols with lyrics and sheet music.
This month the art pieces are especially fun, the poetry is thoughtful and the carols are joy-filled! I'm willing to bet your kids will be interested and engaged (and they might even learn something without realizing it!)!
Over the month, you'll explore four paintings; four poems; and four carols. By the end of the month, you and your students will be familiar with a wide selection of seasonal art, music and poetry.
Each week of the Advent guide is centered around the traditional weekly Advent characteristics of Jesus:
1st Sunday: Hope
2nd Sunday: Peace
3rd Sunday: Joy
4th Sunday: Love
