PRINTING TIPS
The 'Weekly Guides' (96 pages) should be printed full color, 2-sided on cardstock paper (32lb) to make it as simple and easy as possible to go through the content each week. You may want to print multiple copies so that each child has one (or up to 2 can share). You may choose to laminate them if you want to use them multiple times.
"Art Only" high-resolution copies of each work of art are included and can be printed out in full color on cardstock and hung to create a beautiful gallery throughout the month. You may also choose to look at these prints on a tablet or screen so that you can zoom in to observe closely.
All other documents (Getting Started, Recipes, and Meet the Artists) can be read from digitally if you're saving on ink or printed out on basic paper.
When you purchase this product, you will receive a document titled "Printing Instructions" with your download. In it will be a link to our partner, Humble Heart Press, with a 1-click option to print with our recommended print settings. They provide special pricing that makes it fast, affordable, and easy to have the printed guides delivered to your door.
Printing options:
1. Print Yourself
If you have an at-home printer, this is the fastest way to get started. I recommend printing on matte, cardstock paper (80lb or thicker) at the highest quality possible. Epson EcoTanks are great options and can print high-quality images based on the type of paper and quality you select in your print options (I use "Plain Paper> Best Quality" to print ours). If your printer does not print double-sided, simply print the odd pages, flip and reload your paper, and print the even pages. Recipes can be printed out for the month and kept in a binder that grows over time.
2. Use a Tablet or Laptop (or screencast to a TV)
If you prefer to save ink and paper, all of the 'Weekly Guides' and 'Meet the Artists' can be viewed digitally. This option allows you to zoom in on art, easily click QR codes, and access videos all from the PDFs.
3. Print Shop

SImply, upload your files, choose your print options (color, cardstock, etc...) and your beautiful Tea Time Together Guides will arrive in the mail to you. We have loved everything we have had printed with HHP.

4. Another option is sending your files to Staples(TM), FedExTM, The UPS StoreTM, or similar print shop is an easy way to get high-quality, double-sided printouts. Send the 'Weekly Guides' and 'Meet the Artists' files and request that they are printed in high-resolution color on 80lb or thicker card stock. This is much more expensive than Humble Heart Press, but may provide a faster turnaround time.
